QWELL came to be through one man’s experience of seeking a comfortable and happy living situation for his mother, a task far more difficult than he imagined, and which sparked a journey to create something better for seniors looking to thrive and grow in their golden years, rather than simply exist. QWELL understands the challenges of keeping connected, being independent and finding meaning in the everyday, so we’re curating and designing residences, support services, experiences and institutions to make retirement an adventure.

Founder’s Message
When my mother retired, I wanted the best for her. But finding a place that truly felt like home, with the right support and a sense of community proved harder than I imagined. That journey, filled with its challenges and small victories, evolved into a mission to make it easier for seniors to find comfort, community, and fulfilment as the years go by. I am determined to see that QWELL provides the peace-of-mind and place of comfort for other families that I once sought for my mother.
